- Provide insurance policies directly
- Guarantee specific premium rates or coverage
- Act as an insurance broker or agent
- Make underwriting or coverage decisions

All quotes provided on this website are estimates only and are for informational purposes. Actual insurance premiums may vary based on underwriting factors, claims history, and other criteria determined by the insurance provider. Final rates will be provided by licensed brokers after a complete review of your application.
4. User Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information in all forms
- Not misrepresent your identity or circumstances
- Use the service only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to circumvent any security measures
5. Broker Network
Brokers in our network are independent licensed professionals. While we verify their licensing status, we do not control their business practices, pricing, or service quality. Any agreement you enter with a broker is between you and that broker.

xinsurance.ca shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law.
